}Fetch the Tuteliq prescreen lexicon
Returns the current SDK-side prescreen lexicon: a set of high-precision phrase patterns mapped to category flags. SDKs run this client-side before calling detection endpoints — clearly-benign content can short-circuit the API call entirely, and positive signals can be attached to the request as structured hints. Public endpoint; lexicon is non-secret reference data.
